Why Monaco is on the list. It is on the list, but its authority publishes no machine-readable zones we can use. The app shows that gap by name rather than drawing a clear map over it.

Sixteen countries, free for everyone testing
175,052 published zones, each carrying the date it was published. The beta is open, and it stays free for as long as it runs.
